As of version 5.531 Weighsoft will default to the new Invoice Ledger screen layout.

What are the main differences between the "old" and "new" screens?
The search filters are now shown by clicking on the "View filters" button in the top-right, rather than clicking on a "Search" button.
Any filters you set are saved against your user rather than being the same for everyone. This means you can set the screen up for you best you use it.
The columns can be resized as required
The new screen utilise the full width of your screen to allow more information to be displayed
How do I switch back to the "Old" screen?
Switching back manually
From the screen itself you can switch back to the old version by clicking on the green "3 line" menu in the top-right and clicking on the "Version 1" option
Note: If you go to the old version using this option it is viewed as a "one-off" and is not saved as the new default. You will still go to the new version the next time you login.
Amending the default setting
If you wish to revert to the old version by default then you can follow the below steps:
Hover on Administration
Click on Settings
Select Finance on the left
Select Invoicing at the top of the screen
Select the Version 1 option from the Invoice Ledger Control Template drop-down menu
Click Save at the top of the screen
Note: You will need to logout and back in to Weighsoft for the new setting to take effect.
Warning: Amending this setting will switch the entire system to the old screen for all users.
