The trade export uses the following filter:
From Date
To export the trade export:
Click Export Latest Trade To CSV.
This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters you select above.
The trade export contains a row for each item on each available material order. The amendments are made in the following columns:
V or Incr_Value | Where you enter the increased value to add to the unit price of the item. The new value reflects in column U. |
AA or Incr_PBWRate | Where you enter the increased value to add to the pay by weight value of the item. The new value reflects in column Z. |
AG or CH_Incr_Value | Where you enter the increased value to add to the cross hire unit price of the contract item. The new value reflects in column AF. |
AJ or CH_Incr_PBWRate | Where you enter the increased value to add to the cross hire pay by weight price of the contract item. The new value reflects in column AI. |
Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet, then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.
To import the export:
Click Choose File, then select the spreadsheet.
Click Upload Import Trade.
📌Note: This import doesn't have a start date. Once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
