This export import process affects the extra charges set against any active or non-deleted skip orders, including cross hire orders.

To export skips extra charges:
Click Export Latest Skips Extra Charges To CSV.
This exports all currently active skip orders that match the filters.
On this spreadsheet, the price amendments are put into the following columns:
L or Incr PPU Price | This column increases the price of the extra charge. The system calculates and displays the new total automatically in column J. |
M or Incr CH PPU Price | This column increases the cross hire price of the extra charge. The system calculates and displays the new total automatically in column K. |
Once you've filled in the export, save a copy of the spreadsheet, then go back into the Price Export/Import screen in Weighsoft.
To import the export:
Click Choose File, then select the spreadsheet.
Click Upload Import Skip Extra Charges.
📌Note: This import doesn't have a start date. Once you complete the import, the amended prices take effect immediately.
