The form settings for the printer will differ depending on make an model of printer you are using. In the majority of case this is a Star TSPIII 100 printer and the most common settings are as follows:
Width: 72mm
Height: 200mm or 300mm
Margin: 0
If these settings do not work, or you have a different printer, please raise a case and we will be able to check the template dimensions for the ticket and confirm.
