Overview
Access Financial allows you to create multiple addresses against each account.
Sync Behaviour
Within Financials Address "1" against an account is the address that will sync through to Weighsoft.
This address will be marked as the "Primary Address" in Weighsoft.
Additional addresses against the account in Financials will not be sync'd across to Weighsoft.
Note: The "Default Delivery" flag on the address does not have any effect on the account sync to Weighsoft
Changing the Address details
Amending the existing address details in Financials
If the details on Address "1" are amended in Financials (for example, the 1st line is changed) then those details will be sync'd across to Weighsoft - the address in Weighsoft will be updated to match the new details in Financials.
Amending the existing address details in Weighsoft
If the details on the Primary Address are amended in Weighsoft then those changes will not be pushed through to Financials. The next time a sync is carried out the details will revert to match those in Financials.
Setting a different address as the Default Delivery Address in Financials
This will not have any effect on the sync and the system will still only sync across Address 1 from the account.
