Using the Pre-Invoicing Report

Overview

The Pre-Invoicing Report shows transactions ready to be invoiced.

Note: It's recommended that this is run before carrying out an invoice run


Running the Report

  1. Navigate to Modules > Invoicing > Pre Invoicing Report

  2. The screen contains a large number of filters to choose from but by default will include everything except tickets with a zero value product price.

    1. This means that you can open the report and click Search without setting any filters to get a view of all tickets that are ready to be invoiced.

The report will search for all transactions that have not yet been invoiced and will display them grouped by account.

Note: By default the pre-Invoicing report will also carry out an REI (Receive Email Invoices) check and display a warning is any accounts are set to email invoices but do not have a valid contact in place.
