Account not synching from Xero

A common reason for the accounts not to sync from Xero to Weighsoft is the character limit in the account number.
The maximum number of characters allowed in order to sync to Weighsoft is 15 (including spaces).

If the account number fits into this limit then please raise a case with support and provide the account number that is failing to sync.
