Weighsoft allows users to search for orders using phone numbers linked to contacts. This feature can be enabled via system settings.

Steps to Enable Phone Number Search

Hover over Administration.
Click on Settings.
Select General from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Homepage tab at the top.
Scroll down to the following sections:
- Skip Columns To Search
- Material Columns To Search
- Haz Columns To Search
Enable the following options:
- Ordered By Tel
- Contact Tel
Click Save at the top of the screen.

Using the Search Function

Once enabled:

Enter a phone number into the top search box.
Press Enter.
The system will return any Skip, Material, or Haz orders that contain the entered phone number.

This is useful for quickly locating orders based on customer or site contact phone numbers.
