Weighsoft comes with a great many reports already built into it. Before requesting a new report to be created, it's recommended that you look through the existing reports by clicking on Reports at the top of the screen and looking through the menus.
If you are still unable to find a report that suits your purpose, or would like an existing report to be amended, then please raise a case with support.
In order to accommodate a request for amending or creating a report we will need exact details on your requirements (what information is required and in what layout). If possible, a mock-up of the desired report layout is ideal.
Where applicable, the request will then be forwarded to your Account Manager and the Development Team for review. If the work is approved, a quote will be sent out for the work (where applicable).
Timescales
If development work is required to produce the report then the development and availability of the report will be in alignment with the standard Weighsoft release cycle.
In these instances the minimum release time from customer request to report availability is 3 months.
