Most system reports, ticket and invoice layouts cannot be edited by Weighsoft users.
In order to request a change or amendment to a template in Weighsoft, please raise a case to support, including the following details:
Which template needs to be amended (for example, weighbridge ticket, skip ticket etc)
Details of exactly what needs to be changed
if possible, please include a mock-up of the ticket showing the required changes
if the changes include adding an image, please supply either a JPG or PNG copy of the image.
Please be aware that we are unable to confirm if your tickets are compliant to regulatory requirements. If you have any concerns regarding this, please speak to the relevant regulatory bodies or legal advisors. We will only make changes that are requested by yourselves and are not liable for any compliance issues that may arise from this.

Changes to existing templates and the creation of new templates may be chargeable, in those instances, the Support team will be able to raise the request to the Professional Services team, who will be able to provide a quote that would need to be accepted prior to them starting any work.

Exceptions
Some fields on templates, most notably the invoice templates, pull their details from fields within Weighsoft and so CAN be edited directly in the system.
Most commonly, there are as follows:
The company details are on the invoice header. Often, these are setup to look at the details in the Companies section of Lookups. If the details are edited there then they will also be updated on the invoice template
The invoice footer message. Some companies use the invoice footer message to display T&Cs or bank details. The text for this is also in the Companies section of Lookups, in the Invoicing tab. If you edit the text in the invoice footer field it will be updated on the invoice template
๐Note: These are not always the case as every company that uses Weighsoft has their invoice template setup differently. If the above does not work for you then you will need to follow the steps at the top of this article and raise a support case for the changes to be made.
