In order to generate an unsigned duty of care document run, hover over Modules then go to the appropriate duty of care screen:
For trade click Duty of Care under the Trade section of the modules menu
For skips, click Skips then click Duty of Care
For accounts click Duty of Care on the left hand side of the modules menu then click account
In the duty of care screen, click Generate Unsigned Run. This will produce two check boxes:
Only create entry if latest doc unsigned - This will only look for documents when the most recently created document against an account/address/order has not been signed
Only create for live contract within dates- This will only find orders that are currently live.
Once you are happy with this, click Create Run. A Run tracker will be created to allow for the printing or emailing of the notices in the same way as a new duty of care run.
If duty of care is charged for normally, a new charge will not be generated as part of this process.
