Unsigned Duty of Care runs can be generated for skip, trade, account and address documents where you do not have the Adobe Sign integration enabled.
Initiating an unsigned run will not generate any additional duty of care charge transactions.
In order to generate an unsigned duty of care document run, hover over Modules then go to the appropriate duty of care screen:
For trade, click Duty of Care under the Trade section of the modules menu
For skips, click Skips then click Duty of Care
If your system is configured for Account level duty of care, click Duty of Care on left hand side then click the Skips, Trade, or General (for account) button as appropriate
Note: Address Duty of Care documents are managed from the Trade Duty of Care screen.
In the duty of care screen, click Generate Unsigned Run. This will produce two check boxes:
Only create entry if latest doc unsigned: This will only look for documents when the most recently dated document within the unsigned period against an account/address/order has not been signed
Only create for live contract within dates: This will only find orders that are currently live.
Once you are happy with this, click Create Run. A Run tracker will be created to allow for the printing or emailing of the notices in the same way as a new duty of care run.
