How do I see the logs for a ticket?

Overview

It is possible to view the full history of certain jobs from the Outstanding Ticket Screen.


Note: This process will only apply to jobs in the Skip, Material, RMC and Hazardous modules.


To view the full history of a job you need to first find it in the Outstanding Tickets screen. To do this:

  1. Hover over Modules and select the relevant Outstanding Tickets option.

  2. Once you have found the ticket you can right-click on it and select View Logs.

  • If a job has already been completed then you can find it by setting the Status field to Complete and then searching for the ticket number.

  • if a job has been deleted then you will need to set the Status field to Deleted and you may also need to tick the Show Unassigned Jobs option if the job was deleted before it was assigned to a vehicle.

This will open a window displaying the full logs of every stage of the job. Every entry is date-stamped and also display the Weighsoft username of the person who made each change.

Note: If the job has already been completed then there may be additional changes to the transaction will will not be shown in the job logs.
