Weighsoft Go is a mobile app designed to streamline job management for material deliveries. Please note that Weighsoft Go currently supports materials only — skip functionality is in development and will be announced once available.
Note: If you don't have Weighsoft Go enabled, please speak with your account manager.
Overview
To use Weighsoft Go, both the driver and the vehicle must be set up in Weighsoft. These steps can be completed in any order, as long as the email address used in Weighsoft matches the one used by the driver to register in the app.
Step 1: Set Up a Driver for WeighsoftGo
Navigate to:
Administration → Lookups → WeighsoftGo UsersComplete the following fields:
Driver Name – Enter the driver’s full name
Phone Number – Optional
Email – Must match the email used by the driver to register in the app
Click Insert to save the user.
Step 2: Set Up a Vehicle for WeighsoftGo
Navigate to:
Administration → Lookups → VehiclesEither:
Create a new vehicle, or
Select an existing vehicle to be used with WeighsoftGo
On the right-hand side, set Mobile Type to WeighsoftGo
Click Save
Step 3: Authorise the Vehicle for WeighsoftGo
Navigate to:
Administration → Lookups → WeighsoftGo Authorised VehiclesSelect the vehicle (only vehicles with Mobile Type set to WeighsoftGo will appear)
Select the corresponding WeighsoftGo user
Click Insert to authorise the pairing
Step 4: Driver Registration in the WeighsoftGo App
The driver must now register using the WeighsoftGo app, available on:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Registration Steps:
Open the WeighsoftGo app on the device
Tap Register
Complete the following fields:
Full Name
Phone Number
Email Address – Must match the email entered in Weighsoft
Password and Confirm Password
Tap Register, then OK to complete setup
