New driver or vehicle is not showing on the tablets

I've added a new driver in Weighsoft and Fleeteye, but it's not showing on the tablets. Why is this?

One common issue is that the publish step is often missed due to the location of the Mobile Devices screen. In the Navigation menu, physically click on Administration and this will load the page where the Mobile Devices screen is listed.

New drivers, vehicles, etc, are pulled through to the tablets when the application is first launched - the app does a refresh of all its databases at this point.

If you have added a new driver or vehicle to both Weighsoft and Fleeteye and it is not appearing on the tablet, then either fully closing and relaunching the app, or even rebooting the device, will normally force a refresh and pull the new items through.
