Overview
After restarting the server that hosts Weighsoft, it’s important to verify that both the application and its associated services are functioning correctly. This article outlines the steps and checks that should be performed by your IT team or The Access Group support
Step 1: Confirm Website Access
Log into Weighsoft via the browser.
Successful login confirms that the web interface is operational.
Step 2: Verify Background Services
Several backend services support Weighsoft’s functionality. These must be running on the server unless they have been intentionally disabled.
Required Services
Ensure the following services, if installed, are running:
ISYS Application Service
ISYS Credit Control Service
ISYS FleeteEye Messaging Service
ISYS Message Queue Bridge
ISYS Mobile Messaging Service
ISYS Overwatch Service
These services can be checked via the Windows Services console (services.msc) on the server.
Troubleshooting
If any of the listed services fail to start or are missing, please raise a support case with The Access Group.
Include any relevant error messages or logs to assist with diagnosis.
