Managing Product Groups in Weighsoft

Overview

Product Groups in Weighsoft help organize products for easier management and reporting. You can add new groups or edit existing ones through the Administration menu.


Adding a New Product Group

  1. Hover over Administration.

  2. Select Lookups.

  3. Click on Product Types.

  4. Enter the code for the group in the empty Code field.

  5. Enter a description for the group in the Description field.

  6. Click Insert to save the new group.


Editing an Existing Product Group

  1. Hover over Administration.

  2. Select Lookups.

  3. Click on Product Types.

  4. Locate the required group in the list.

  5. Click the Edit button to the left of the group.

  6. Make the required changes.

  7. Click the Save button to apply your changes.
