Overview
Weighsoft allows Weighbridge tickets to be automatically emailed to customers once a ticket is completed. The ticket is sent as a PDF attachment, using the configured email subject and body.
Steps to Enable Auto Emailing
Hover over Administration.
Click on Settings.
Select Weighbridge from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the Emails section.
Under Email Weighbridge Ticket:
Set the Email Subject and Email Body fields with your desired content.
These fields define the content of the email sent to the customer.
Enable the Auto Email When Email Filled In option.
This ensures the ticket is automatically emailed to the address entered on the Weighbridge ticket once it is completed.
โ ๏ธImportant Notes:
Emails will only be sent if the email template contains a message in the Email Body field.
