Overview
Weighsoft allows you to configure the email content sent with Weighbridge tickets. Depending on your system setup, you can apply changes systemwide or per company. Additionally, if the Weighbridge ticket is linked to a Material Job, there is a separate configuration process.
Systemwide Email Configuration
Use this method if your system is not configured for multicompany or if you want a standardised email template across all companies.
Steps:
Hover over Administration and click Settings.
Click Weighbridge.
Click Emails.
Under the Email Weighbridge Ticket section:
Adjust the Email Subject and Email Body as needed.
Click Save to apply changes.
Company-Specific Email Configuration
Use this method to tailor email content for individual companies.
Steps:
Hover over Administration and click Lookups.
Click Companies.
Click Edit next to the company you want to update.
Click Weighbridge.
Adjust the Email Subject and Email Body as needed.
Click Update to save changes.
📌Note: Companies without a specific email configuration will default to the systemwide email. This allows you to combine both approaches—using a standard template for most companies and custom emails for others.
Email Configuration for Material Jobs
If the Weighbridge ticket is linked to a Material Job, follow these steps to configure the email:
Steps:
Hover over Administration.
Click Alerts.
Select Customer on the left.
Scroll down to the Material section.
Expand the Weighbridge Job Complete option.
Tick the Send Email checkbox.
Enter your message in the Email Body field.
Click Save.
