The grouped tab on the weighbridge outstanding tickets screen displays orders grouped by account and site, rather than showing individual jobs, this tab serves to consolidate multiple jobs from the same order into a single row, making it easier to manage bulk operations and get an overview of outstanding work by customer location.
The grouped view displays different columns than the individual jobs tab, focusing on order-level information:
Key columns include:
First Date (earliest job date in the group)
Order Number
Account Name
Site Name
Product information
Order quantities vs completed quantities
Total tonnage
Number of outstanding jobs
Other columns can be added and these settings allow administrators to choose admin >> settings >> weighbridge >> hide/show
The grouped tab is specifically designed for weighbridge operations where operators need to see the bigger picture of outstanding work by customer and location, rather than getting lost in individual job details. This is particularly useful for sites handling high volumes of similar jobs from the same customers.
Essentially it works in the same way as the Jobs weighbridge tab but shows jobs by order.
