Overview
In some case you may want to lock down or completely hide the price fields on the Weighbridge. This can be accomplished to varying degrees:
The price fields can be completed hidden for everyone
The price fields can be completely hidden for specific users
The price fields can be greyed and locked for everyone
Hide the Price Fields for ALL users
Go to Administration>Settings>Weighbridge
Located and Enable the "Hide Job price Values" option
Click Save
The price fields will be completely hidden on all Weighbridge jobs for all users
Hide the Price Fields for SPECIFIC users
Note: The "Hide Job price Values" in Settings>Weighbridge must be disabled in order for this option to work correctly
Go to Administration>Users
Select the user in question
Click on the Permissions tab
Disable the "View Prices in Weighbridge" option
Click Save
That user will now be unable to see the price fields on all Weighbridge tickets as below.

Lock the Price Field for all Users
Unlike the above methods this will make the price field visible to all users but they will also be locked. This means that everyone will be able to see the prices, but not edit them.
This option can be used as a "middle ground" as it allows the weighbridge operators to see if a zero price has pulled through so they can make the relevant adjustments to the product/outlet etc before completing the job.
Note: The "Hide Job price Values" in Settings>Weighbridge must be disabled in order for this option to work correctly. And All users must have the "View Prices in Weighbridge" option enabled in their user profiles
Go to Administration>Settings>Weighbridge
Located and disable the "Enable Price Fields" option
Click Save
Once this is done the price fields will be visible but greyed out for all users, as below.
