Trade notifications are available for internally and externally:
Internal notifications
Hover over Administration and click Alerts.
Click Notification in the submenu.
Click the plus next to Collection Exception Notification.
Tick the box next to the user(s) you wish to receive notifications.
If you're also using Weighsoft's CRM, then ticking Create Case under the user list here creates a case for each exception recorded.
External notifications
Hover over Administration and click Alerts.
Click either Account or Address based on whether you want to do a whole account or select addresses.
Set the Account No or Address No for the site/account you want to enable notifications for.
Select Send an email when a trade collection has an exception in the Rule section.
Set the email address to send the notifications to in the To section.
Select Enable then click Insert.
