By default, Weighsoft uses a 4-week schedule for trade bin collections.
This can be overwritten by using the "Schedule Weeks" option against the contract item.
Before you can use this, you will first need to enable the setting to allow it:
Hover on Administration
Click on Settings
Select Trade on the left-hand side
Scroll down to the Schedule section
Enable the "Use Custom Schedules" option
Click on Save
To set the custom schedule on the contract item follow the below steps:
Go to the contract in question
Click the Edit button against the required item on the contract
Set the required number of weeks in the Schedule Weeks field (the below example is for 8 weeks but it can be whatever you need)
Set the start date of the new schedule in the Schedule Start field
Note: when you set this up you need to ensure that the Schedule Start Date you enter corresponds to the Monday of Week 1. If this does not match up at the start then it case cause issues later on.
Click on Save
If you then go to the schedule screen on the contract item, you will see it is now displaying that number of weeks.
