Outlet 'x' not found
This issue has one of two possible root causes
The incorrect site has been set in WinWeigh
The site is set correctly, but the plant has not been set if required
The site and plant in WinWeigh will need to be corrected as appropriate. If the site needs correcting, WinWeigh may need to manually correct the column ORIGINAL_LOCATION on the WEIGHING table to match the SITE seen in the front end of WinWeigh.
Note: You may also want to check if an EWC code is set as required as this will also affect the outlet selected on import (if there is an EWC a waste outlet is selected, otherwise a material outlet is selected).
Ticket y: Outlet 'x' cannot process EWC w
This issue stems from the EWC in WinWeigh not being available to the outlet in Weighsoft. Check and correct the EWC in WinWeigh, or if the EWC is correct the EWC will need adding to the list of EWC Codes available to the outlet in Weighsoft.
If WinWeigh need to correct the EWC, this is stored in the EWC_CODE column on the PRODUCT table.
