Assigning or Updating User Locations

How can I assign a location to a user

Explicitly assigning one or more locations to a user will restrict their access in the following screens to display only work for those locations:

  • Dispatch overview,

  • Operations

  • Outstanding Tickets (Skips and Hazardous)

  • Tickets Review (report)

  • Trade (whole module)

  • Vehicle Schedules

  • Weighbridge (whole module)

Steps to Set or Update Locations

  1. Navigate to User Management:

    • Hover over Administration.

    • Click Users.

  2. Access User Locations:

    • Click the burger menu (3 green bars) in the top right

    • Click User Locations.

  3. Select the User:

    • Use the dropdown to choose the user whose locations you want to update.


Assigning Locations

  • In the Non Assigned Locations List, tick the locations you want to assign.

  • Click Change below the list to apply the update.

Removing Locations

  • In the Assigned Locations List, tick the locations you want to remove.

  • Click Change below that list to confirm the removal.
