Explicitly assigning one or more locations to a user will restrict their access in the following screens to display only work for those locations:
Dispatch overview,
Operations
Outstanding Tickets (Skips and Hazardous)
Tickets Review (report)
Trade (whole module)
Vehicle Schedules
Weighbridge (whole module)
Steps to Set or Update Locations
Navigate to User Management:
Hover over Administration.
Click Users.
Access User Locations:
Click the burger menu (3 green bars) in the top right
Click User Locations.
Select the User:
Use the dropdown to choose the user whose locations you want to update.
Assigning Locations
In the Non Assigned Locations List, tick the locations you want to assign.
Click Change below the list to apply the update.
Removing Locations
In the Assigned Locations List, tick the locations you want to remove.
Click Change below that list to confirm the removal.
