Changing a User’s Group

To update a user’s group assignment, please follow these steps below:

  1. Navigate to User Management

    • Hover over Administration in the main menu.

    • Click on Users.

  2. Select the User

    • Find and click on the user whose group needs to be changed.

  3. Add the New Group

    • In the Add user to group section, select the desired group.

    • Click Add User.

  4. Remove the Old Group

    • In the You're currently in groups section, select the group to be removed.

    • Click Remove User.
