When you log in to Weighsoft, the initial homepage can be set up to show a large amount of information, but the more information it needs to display, the longer it takes to load and therefore log in.
Login times can be improved by disabling the number of items your user profile has enabled.
In Weighsoft:
Point to Administration, then click Users
Select the username that is having login issues and scroll down to Home Page Live Stats.
Remove any options that they don't require.
The most common option that causes issues is the "Accounts Within Credit Limit Percentage". We would suggest disabling this option in the first instance.
📌Note: This is only possible if you are an admin user who has access to view and edit user profiles in Weighsoft. If you do not have access, you need to talk to a colleague in your organisation who does.
