Note: Users created on Hosted Systems will not be able to log into Banksman with their EVO Password as this is encrypted. If you are Hosted, you will need to enable the Login Without Password for Banksman.
You can enable users to be able to log into Banksman from Weighsoft using the following steps:
Hover over Administration and select Users
Select the user you wish to enable from the list, then scroll down to the permissions section and enable the Service Login Permission, under the Site Access tab
This user can now use their Weighsoft login credentials to log into Banksman.
You can enable Banksman Login Without Password (required for Hosted Users) by following these steps:
1. Go to Administration > System Settings > Weighsoft Live.
2. Search for Banksman setting Allow login without password
4. Click Edit
5. Enable the setting and save changes.
