It is possible to either warn or prevent creation of a Weighbridge Job when an Account is over the Credit Limit; this can be done on an Account basis or system-wide.
To enable this system-wide:
Hover over Administration and click Settings
Click Finance
Click Credit Control
Enable Warn When Credit Limit Exceeded
If enabled, disable Prevent Job Creation When Credit Limit Exceeded
Also, enable Weighbridge Acc Select Check Credit Limit if this is to be enforced on external vehicles.
Click Save
*Note* If you no longer want the warning/prevention in place, disable the above settings.
To do this to a specific Account:
Hover over Customers and click Accounts
Find the relevant account and view it via the paper and magnifying glass icon to the left
Click Modify
To warn users:
Tick the checkbox to the right of the setting WB Warn When Credit Limit Exceeded
If enabled, disable WB Prevent Job Creation When Credit Limit Exceeded
To prevent, reverse the above settings.
*Note* To follow the system-wide configuration again, both the above settings must be disabled
*Note* If you have a large number of Accounts you'd like to set up the warning/prevention for, this can be done using the Bulk Update feature.
