To delete a transaction:
Enter the ticket number in the search on the navigation
Hover over all and click By Transaction Ticket No.
Once the page loads, find the transaction to be deleted and click on the delete icon to the right.
If the delete icon is not visible, check the Invoice ID column to see if there is an invoice number here. If so the invoice will need to be deleted first to release the transaction and make it available for deletion.
Search for the invoice by entering the invoice number in the navigation search.
Hover over search and click By Invoices.
When the invoice search loaded, click the delete icon to the right of the invoice.
Note: If the invoice has been posted, it cannot be deleted and in turn, nor can the transaction be.
Once the invoice has been deleted, search for the transaction again and delete it.
