Unable to post invoices to or pull accounts from Sage 50

As of 08/05/22 there is a known issue with one of the background services installed by Sage 50.

The issue results in the Sage Accounts Service getting stuck in the "Stopping" status, which will prevent Weighsoft from posting to or synching from Sage 50.
​
Details on how to resolve the issue are in the above article - they will need to be carried out by your own IT team
