The mobile app can be set to enforce photos under a variety of circumstances. The settings can be found via the route below:
Hover on Administration
Click on System Settings
Click on Weighsoft Live
Select the area of the system you're using in the "Category" drop-down (for example, Skips, materials, Concrete, etc.)
On the screen, enter "Photo" into the search box and hit Enter.
The screen will display the available options to force the driver to take a photo.
Find the setting required and click the Edit button to the left.
To enable the selected option, tick the New Value box and hit Save; to Disable the option, untick the New Value box and hit Save.
Note: The name of the setting varies depending on the "Category" or job type you are looking for:
Skips - the permission is labelled "Skip Photo Mandatory"
Materials - there are several "Require Photo" options, including:
Customer Require Photo on Loading
Customer Require Photo on Unloading
Enforce Photo is NOOS
Concrete - the permission is labelled "Enforce Photos"
Trade - there are several "require Photo" options, including:
Enforce Photo on disposals
Enforce photos for jobs with exceptions
