Overview
Drivers logging into multiple vehicles from their tablets can cause issues in reporting and irregularities in job audit logs.
There are several settings that prevent drivers from changing their login status after they have initially logged in.
Process
You will find the settings in Weighsoft by following the below steps:
Go to Administration and then System Settings
Click on Weighsoft Live on the left of the screen
This will get you to the settings screen.
Enter "Require PIN to change" in the "Search" box and click on the Filter button.
The lower part of the screen will display the settings matching that criteria.
In this instance you would need to enable the "Require PIN to Change Vehicle".
This option will mean that once a drivers logs into the tablet they will have to enter the admin PIN (which is found at the top of the Mobile Devices screen in Weighsoft) if they want to log in to a different vehicle.
Click on the Edit button and enable the tick box, then click on Save.
Once set, the settings will be pushed out to the mobile devices automatically.
