Overview
This article explains how to allow drivers to cancel jobs themselves using the mobile app. To enable this feature, you must belong to a user group with the System Settings permission enabled.
Steps to Enable Job Cancellation
Navigate to Administration > System Settings.
Under Weighsoft Live, configure the following settings:
For Skips: Search for Hide Skip Ticket Cancellation Button and set it to No.
For Material: Search for Hide Mat Job Cancel Button and set it to No.
For Hazardous: Search for Show Cancel Job Button and set it to No.
Result
Once these settings are applied, drivers will see the Cancel Job button in their mobile app and can cancel jobs themselves.
