Accounts Not Syncing from Sage 200

I have created a new account in Sage 200, but this hasn't come to Weighsoft I have taken an account off stop or put an account on stop but Weighsoft has not updated

Weighsoft integrates with Sage 200 by directly reading the Sage 200 database. If the Isys Credit Control service is running on the server, the issue is likely to be:

  • The user the service is running does not have access to the Sage 200 Database location

  • The user the service is running does not have permission to access the Sage 200 Database Location

  • The database server Weighsoft is pointed to for Sage 200 is not the live version (reading the data, but no changes are being made)

In the case of no access or no permission, this will need to be resolved by the individual who looks after your Sage 200 installation and service to ensure the configuration is correct. If the server is in the wrong location, please contact Support and let us know the correct database location so we can update the configuration in Weighsoft.
