Within the Stock Control module, it is possible to make amendments to the stock levels at a location via a single line or a bulk importer. Both of these can be found by hovering over Administration and clicking Stock Control.

Bulk Import

To complete a bulk import, click Stock Import, then Download Template to obtain the bulk import template. This template has columns for each of the data items in Stock Control Admin; however, there are two additional columns: Is Addition and Import DateTime. Is Addition should be true if it is an addition, or false if it is a new total. Import Date Time can be left blank if all entries on the bulk import are to be the same date and time.

Once the import form has been completed, save it (as a CSV), then click Choose File and select the import form. Complete the Date and Time, then click Run Import.
