š Payments Report PDF No Longer Shows Invoice Numbers After Upgrade

Resolved an issue where the Payments Report PDF stopped populating invoice numbers following a Weighsoft upgrade. The Invoice Number column and heading were still visible in the PDF, but all values were blank. The underlying data was present and correct in the database, but was not being rendered into the report output. This has been corrected so that invoice numbers are displayed as expected in the Payments Report PDF.

š Outlet DWT Tab Closes Immediately When Opened

Resolved an issue where clicking the DWT tab on the Outlet screen would cause it to open briefly before immediately redirecting back to the first tab, making it impossible to view or edit DWT settings for an outlet. The tab now opens and remains open as expected.

š "Move Records" permission incorrectly enabled for all users after upgrade

Following the introduction of the "Move Records" permission in version 5.540, upgrading to 5.543 caused this permission to be automatically granted to all existing users ā including those who should not have access to this functionality. This was due to the permission defaulting to "enabled" rather than "disabled" on upgrade.
This has been corrected in 5.543.5 so that the "Move Records" permission now defaults to off for existing users when upgrading. Only users who have been explicitly granted this permission, or who are members of the Admin group, will retain access.
Note: If you were upgraded to 5.543 prior to this fix and have already had the permission removed from your users by the support team, no further action is required.

š Unable to credit Invoices for certain Trade jobs

Fixed an issue that prevented credit notes from being raised against invoices for "Scheduled Advanced" Trade jobs. You can now credit these Trade job invoices as expected without encountering any errors.
