Issue Overview
There is a known issue with the app refreshing the provisioning data on the first install of the Hazardous Mobile app when Android is already in use.

This causes the login screen to not recognise the Hazardous module as being enabled (as the default app doesn't have Haz enabled). This causes it not to send a ticket request to the server to get the Haz tickets.

Fix
On the Mobile Tablet:
1. Log out of the Haz app.
2. Click the Cog icon on the login screen.
3. Click General
4. Go back and Log in again.
