Overview
This article assumes that you already have emails set up and going out from Weighsoft.
Invoices can be set up to show as being sent from a different address (for example you may want most emails to go from "[email protected]" but invoices to show as being sent from "[email protected]"
Settings
The setting to handle this can be found by going to Administration>Settings>Finance>Invoicing.
In the Emails section of that screen you will see some invoice email fields:
If you enter an email address in the "Invoice Email From Address" then all invoices will show as being sent from that address.
📌Note: In order for this to work your email server will have to be set to send emails "on behalf" of the email address you enter in this field. Your IT should be able to assist you with this.
