Close a Skip Order

Overview

once a skip order has been completed you are able to close the order and prevent further jobs from being created against it.

Process

  1. Navigate to the Skip order in question

  2. Click on the "3-line" menu in the top-right corner

  3. Select "Close Order"

  4. Click "OK" in the pop-up confirmation window

📌Note: By default the system will only display the "Close Order" option if the skip is showing as not On-Site (ie: the last completed job on the order was a Collection, Wait & Load or Service)

Settings

The below settings can affect the "Close order" option being available.

Both settings are found via Administration>Settings>Skips & RoRo

  • Show Close Order last job Not Collection - when enabled, the "Close Order" option will appear even if the last completed job on the order was not a Collection

  • Show Close Order last job Not WL or SER - when enabled, the "Close Order" option will appear even if the last completed job on the order was not a Wait & Load or Service
