Overview
There are multiple ways to search for a Payment, depending on what your starting point is.
Searching via the Payments Screen
The Payments screen accessed via Modules>Payments.
In this screen you can use the filters to display any payments that match the criteria.
Note: Although it is not a separate field, you can search by the Payment IDD by entering it into the "Free Text" field
Find the Payment linked to a Job
If you are trying to find the payment linked to a specific job you find this by going to the Outstanding Tickets screen.
On the screen use the filters at the top to locate the job.
Right-Click on the job
Hover on Payments and select "View Payments"
The payment will open in a new window and will display the payment linked to that specific job.
