Creating Payments

How can I create a Payment?

Overview

Payments can be created in two main ways:

  • Directly from Outstanding Tickets

  • From within a Customer Account


Create Payment via Outstanding Tickets

To create a payment directly from a ticket:

  1. Hover over Modules and navigate to the relevant Outstanding Tickets page (e.g. Materials, RMC, Hazardous, Skips).

  2. Locate the ticket you wish to create the payment against.

  3. Right-click on the ticket.

  4. Hover over Payments and click Make Payment.

  5. A pop-up will appear with a drop-down to select the Payment Type.

  6. Enter any relevant payment details.

  7. Click Take Payment or Create Payment, depending on the selected payment type.


Create Payment via Account

To create a payment from a customer account:

  1. Hover over Customers and click Accounts.

  2. View the account you wish to create the payment against.

  3. Go to the Payments tab.

  4. Click Create New Payment.

  5. Follow steps 5–7 from the ticket-based method above.
