By default, outlets allow all products to show in the Weighbridge selection list that match the outlet's activity code. In some scenarios, it is necessary to expand the list to include some or all products, regardless of this, or to restrict the list to a fixed set of codes.
To override the default behavior of an outlet:
Hover over Administration and click Lookups
Click on Outlets
Edit the outlet
Under the products list are two settings: Exclude Activity Type and Limit weighbridge product pop selection. To expand the list to include all activities, tick Exclude Activity Type. To refine the types of products to a specific list, select the list of products from the list above them tick Limit weighbridge product pop selection.
If you wish to have a restricted list of products with a mixture of activity types, both the above settings must be enabled. Once configured, click Save.
