This article outlines the steps required to enable loading verification using the mobile Banksman application. This feature allows your banksman to verify loading activities directly from their device.
Step 1: Enable the Loading Module
To activate the loading module in the Banksman application:
Navigate to System Settings:
Hover over Administration and click System Settings.
Select Banksman.
Tick Enable Loading List and click Save.
Enable Loading in Weighsoft Live:
Hover over Administration and click System Settings.
Select Weighsoft Live.
Enter Enable Loading in the search box and click Filter.
Click Edit next to the Enable Loading setting.
Tick New Value and click Save.
Once these steps are completed, reload the Banksman application. The Loading module will now appear in the menu.
Step 2: Configure Outlets for Loading Verification
To allow the banksman to verify loading at specific outlets:
Navigate to Outlets:
Hover over Administration and click Lookups.
Select Outlets.
Enable Outbound Loading:
Click Edit next to the outlet you wish to configure.
Tick Send Outbound Loading Lists.
Click Save.
Note: Repeat this process for each outlet you want to use with outbound loading.
Important Consideration for Inbound Outlets
Attempting to enable outbound loading on an inbound outlet will result in the following error:
"WHEN SEND OUTBOUND LOADING LIST IS CHECKED YOU CANNOT HAVE AN INBOUND ACTIVITY CODE SELECTED. SELECT AN ACTIVITY CODE THAT IS SOMETHING OTHER THAN W OR I, OR LEAVE IT BLANK, OR UNCHECK SEND OUTBOUND LOADING LIST."
This occurs because inbound outlets are used for unloading, which is managed by the Waste Analyser module.
Step 3: Ticket Availability
Once the outlets are configured, any tickets received at the site will become available for loading verification upon the first save of the weighbridge job.
