In order to connect to the Weighsoft API, a dedicated user must be setup. To do this:
Hover over Administration and click Users
Click on the Three bars in the top right corner then click Create a New User
Provide the Username, Password and Email
Click Create User
Click on the username in the userlist
Under Site Access enable Service Login
Under API Configuration, enter the IP address the user will be connecting from
Click Save
Important: The IP address provided must be static to avoid any interruption in operations.
