In a small number of cases a recent Transaction/Ticket will fail to send to the Web Portal. In many cases this requires a manual resend:
Search for the ticket in Weighsoft and click view
Click on the submenu (three green bars) then click Send to Portal
For older tickets, this could be down to when the account was enabled for the web portal. By default setting an account to web enabled will push the last 3 months data to the portal to prevent the application becoming overwhelmed. If you need more of the history to show:
Hover over Administration and click System Settings
Click Web Portal
Under the functions section set From, To and Account on the param line.
Click Sync next to Sync Transactions
Please allow 24 hours for this to resend; although it will usually go through much quicker, the timeframe depends on the number of messages already pending to send. IF there is a significant amount of data to be sent, this could take longer and will delay new web portal accounts/tickets/etc as anything created after the sync will be sent after the account sync has completed.
