Jobs booked through the web portal are immediately visible in Weighsoft, but they will not be available to accept until synchronization is complete.
Expected Sync Time
Synchronization typically occurs shortly after job creation.
In rare cases, jobs may take longer to sync due to system delays.
If a job appears to be taking 2+ hours to sync please raise a support case as there may be an issue with the sync.
