Overview
You can manually specify how many days processed and unprocessed tickets are visible on the Banksman app using the System Settings in Weighsoft 5.
Settings
To amend these settings, follow the below steps;
Hover over Administration and click System Settings
Head to the Weighsoft Live section
Select Banksman from the Category dropdown
Select Waste Analyser from the Sub Category dropdown
For processed tickets search for 'Show Processed Tickets From Previous Days'
For unprocessed tickets search for 'Show Unprocessed Tickets From Previous Days'
Click the Edit
icon next to the setting you're wanting to amendEnter a number of days in the New Value field
Click Save
