Stopping an in-progress Mail Run

This article details how to go about stopping a mail run that has already started

If you have a Mail Run that needs ending prematurely (perhaps it has incorrect invoices it or was been started too early for example) please contact support immediately by phone on 01332 380311 or via the Live Chat if it is available to you.

Please be prepared to provide the ID of the Mail Run in question so support can action the request as soon as possible.
