Process
The usual process is that support will push out an upgrade of the mobile devices off the back of a support case, but if you decide to upgrade yourself the process is the same.
Go to Administration>Mobile Devices and select a test device to be upgraded first - make a note of the DroidID.
Contact the support team either by phone or via the Digital Assistant and provide the DroidID.
The support team will then queue the latest version of the android app for that device.
Once the new version has been queued you can login to the tablet and select "Check for Updates" from the settings menu in the app. The upgrade will be initiated.
When you have tested that tablet with the new build and are happy, contact the support team who will then deploy that version to all your remaining tablets.
If your devices are managed by a Third Party (MDM)
If your devices are managed by a 3rd party company then you will need to supply them with the APK file for the application so they can deploy it to the devices for you.
In this instance please follow the steps in the Download the APK file knowledge article.
