Overview
If your devices are managed by an MDM supplier then you will need to defer to them to carry out app upgrades. in order to process this they will need a copy of the APK file.
Downloading the APK file
In order to download the APK file you can follow the below steps:
Go to Administration>Mobile Devices
Click on Add a New Device
Select WeighsoftLive in the dropdown menu
Click on Next
Click on the QR code that is displayed on the the screen.
Your browser will then download the APK file to your PC. It will be in the Downloads folder.
